  1. Are you leaving all prosecuted or escaped so far by the current laws? Then how can you give new defination of justice?

who is going understand these so no need to change existing laws, NOBODY so THIS is to GRIEF INDIA ABOUT THEIR IGNORANCE and this will certainly cause new crime wave.

No goverment does not decide legislature laws set decide that and supreme court decides that.

Where is supreme court here who uses the laws has supreme court given NOC to goverment?

No goverment is not dictator or father of laws here.

The laws were giving enough justice and there were very few exceptions is a FACT.

The law change is to give the goverment election benefits that they have changed something.

The laws must remain single compounded by supreme court and other courts and GOVERMENT compounding laws is illegal and unconstitutional.

Remember change laws as they used to be and never compound them, never give fancy hindutvawadi names to laws. You are certainly against others who are nonhindu.

NO INDIAN GOVERMENT HAS COMMITTED UNSECULARISM CRIME AND IS PUNISHABLE. whether or not they are punished is subject to SUPREME COURT AND OTHER PLEADERS.

Those corrections given over 5 years have been given before from 80 years and corrections to laws is not new to INDIAN public. So there is no need for parliament to give all compounded effect that has little meaning to indian people and legal courts and their officers to know anything unsecular apart from acts and sections ipc

YOU CANNOT DO HISTORY CHANGES MR AND MRS PARLIAMENT AND WE ARE SURE THAT WOMEN OF THIS COUNTRY WOULD AGREE WITH SECTIONS ACTS AND IPC's and not with unsecular compounding that is rubbish.

DO NOT WIN ANY HEARTS HERE. YOU ARE SERVING YOUR PARTY AND THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE PASSING. Compounding apart each correction has to debated by houses and rejected individually as not required. NO you cannot force any change due to some exceptions which the supreme court and other courts do check while giving justice.

So there is little need of any legal change as we people of india are the same and are happy with peace and order , we have little hope now that these changes would do anything but grief the good people and law people.

DO not pass the bills as of now and we would not even need to know this nonsense of nyaya sanhita bill? SECTIONS IPC to remain.

    Rejected

  2. Not sure if this bill can really bring about significant changes in Indian criminal justice system on the ground, However, i appreciate the governments efforts to take the initiative to bring about change. I still feel the bill lacks the necessary measures to address accountability of institutions involved in the criminal justice system upon its failures. For all these good efforts, i would definitely consider voting for this government in the upcoming parliamentary elections 2024 😊

  3. The Bharatiya Nyaya Samhita is full of Laws described loosely , which in itself is a big risk! How? Because such laws can easily be misused and misinterpreted as per one's interest.

Laws should be precisely explained how it should be implemented. But in Bharat, the opposite happens. Laws are written in a "general" punitive manner. This is done so as to satisfy the political bosses!
