Amazing business opportunity or scam?

#Amazing #business #opportunity #scam

During a recent business discussion, I encountered a person pitching an unconventional “out of the box” business concept.

No doubt the pitch was so compelling that for a moment even I allowed myself to get swayed by it.

Despite the allure, I pushed myself to inquire about their Plan B when things go south. I was expecting, they would discuss the recourse mechanism that have thought to be of utmost benefit for everyone involved.

Their response was a big red flat for me. The person said “we do not need to worry about any situation wherein we may have to approach the court of law, police, judges etc. we operate on trust! We deal with it ourselves”

This is the exact moment I knew the business was a SCAM!

Drawing from my 10 years of experience, I’ve learned to temper optimism with a healthy dose of skepticism, particularly when trust is the sole foundation of a business.

A solid resolution plan, involving
* mechanism of resolution
– distribution of assets
– place of Dispute resolution
– settlement plan
– pre-litigation procedure etc;

Can help business reinforce a sense of credibility and reliability.

  1. Hi amish: one question out of curiosity. If india has so many rules against men that can put me in a scam, what country can i choose to register my marriage in to be in a safer position against such things ?

  2. My previous manager has done the same, he tried to convince me to buy a qnet business opportunity, then I showed him many things on the internet, he simply told the same thing, "people are there" , he arranged a meet up with his fellow qnet members, I am glad that I did not take it.

  3. This may seem like a very stupid q but why do advocates wear a paper in their shirts instead of a tie? I have not seen this in any other profession? How did this become an advocates uniform
