Special prosecutor Kari Morrissey spoke to reporters after the judge handed down the decision to dismiss the involuntary manslaughter case against Alec Baldwin.

This liberal judge just needed a reason to dismiss this case. The ammo in question was taken to the sheriff's office 3 years AFTER the crime. There was no chain of custody for these rounds. Where were these rounds for 3 years. They were not available for the Hanna Reed case. Where the rounds came from had no bearing as to the fact that Reed loaded a REAL gun with real ammo and Alec Baldwin pulled the trigger and fired a round into HH. Where the rounds came from is immaterial as to this case. Rich people have access to ways that the rest of us don't. Hiding evidence is BLOWN WAY OUT OF PROPORTION.
And yet BRAGG and SMITH are given a PASS for their shenanigans…

Pretty sure Hannah's case won't be dismissed. The evidence came from a defence witness who her own lawyer decided not to call and knew he had those rounds! He told the witness to disappear, as it didn't help the case and thus said witness (Troy Tesky) ended up in the Police station during the trial and handed the ammo over. No suppression of evidence by the Prosecutor, because it was defence evidence that they had failed to disclose.

But in a way by not going to collect the round when she knew about it seems like she already calculatedly thought through how having the evidence might affect the case and didn't actually want the guy to bring it in. Hence not returning the calls. When he did, she was probably saying, "shit". So knowing it only complicated things she tried to bury it!! I wonder what would of happened if he waited for her at the court house and handed it to her. It might have never been put into evidence and just disappeared.
This loser lawyer was so arrogant to put herself on the stand. The lies and the cover-up. Obviously she thought she was the smartest one in the courthouse.
I just don’t understand how many lawtubers can sit there and say Baldwin was responsible when a state witness for the prosecution in Hannah’s trial blatantly said “ACTORS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO CHECK THE GUNS”. If that is the industry standard, and we know it is, how can Baldwin be held accountable after two failed safety checks prior to the incident? No, he’s not responsible and he would have won the case anyways.

If she truly said the negative things about Alec Baldwin that were mentioned by the Defense on Day 3, and combined with the evidence withheld, she definitely should be disbarred!

Even though it was not delivered to the prosecution till near the end of Hannah's trial, the investigators and Ms. Morrisey new about it shortly after the shooting but didn't bother to retrieve it from Arizona.

I'm not so sure Mr Baldwin was all that innocent. I was at first, but after watching some other lawyer videos, I might be wrong. Check out Bruce Rivers Criminal Lawyer Reacts for another point of view, especially about the gun.
Morrissey lied on the stand. I really hope someone down the line brings this up during her disbarment. She said her co counsel quit because the hearing was public. The co counsel did an interview immediately to clear the record and say she quit because what was happening was wrong and she made that clear. So the prosecutor has no problem lying under oath. The entire case is poison.
