16. It's messed up that domestic abuse victims can choose to Not press charges. Part of me thinks they should be charged as a menace to society for enabling such abuse.

17. In California the victim does not have to press charges. The State can and will press charges against the DV perpetrator. I guess Oklahoma not so much. Shocking, actually. What good is it to call law enforcement if the laws aren't enforced?? Horrific.

    I wish women wouldn't let themselves become involved with men like Titus. Maybe this lawyer was human trash anyway and would have found a way to ruin her life no matter what. That she was abusive towards her first husband suggests that she was garbage. Even so, three women and one man are ruined because of Titus.
