Even then, such legislation would likely face legal challenges and would need to be in accordance with the Constitution.

While a president might issue an executive order related to firearms, such as regulating how federal agencies enforce existing laws or control the importation of certain weapons, it cannot override the Constitution or enact new laws that directly violate constitutional rights.

   In short, the President cannot use executive orders to confiscate assault rifles or other firearms from civilians. Any action of that magnitude would need to go through the legislative process and be subject to judicial review.

This form documents each firearm transaction, including the buyer's information, the firearm's details, and the results of the background check. The government will get all of the purchase documents from FFL's, notify the buyer, they will turn them in or they will freeze all financial accounts until their firearms are turned in to local police! They can't do this? Just watch them! Prison time for the hard core hold outs that have private purchases or get caught with one! Freedom of speech is already gone!
