OK what if someone comes to my property which is clearly marked private property no tresspassing, let's themselves on my closed but unlocked sliding door and steals over 1000 of my property. There is video footage and am eye witness… why isn't the prosecuting attorney pursuing this case? They are closing it without further action due to insufficient facts. So no consequence for the criminal and no justice for the victim! Can I sue the prosecuting attorney for deprivation of rights and equal protection under the color of law? Obstruction of Justice? This is seems fishy to me
