He went after the guy. Stating he left the initial point of the theft and DECIDED to Confront the theft suspect with a deadly weapon that alone a good lawyer can dispute the fact that the man with the gun had knowledge of knowing the possibility of such an outcome that Did accurr.
Guns are so easy to come by dealing with the aftermath is what's hard Long and costly
home owner did nothing wrong.
Not guilty.
The corrupted system wants money that is all they don't care about youuuu…Hopefully this guy makes it clean.
Best to remain silent and let his lawyer justify the shooting, which is simple for someone who understands what exactly needs said in this matter. PS STOP STEALING
BRUHH GALLO NOT NORTH WEST …
People are sick of being robbed, carjacked, attacked, and the courts letting them go, they are forcing people to take actions in their own hands.
A lot of commenters don't understand Texas law when it comes to owning a firearm. When you buy a firearm: 1. Learn how to operate it. 2. Learn your state laws on how and when you are allowed to use it.
Seems straightforward. The man was running away with the bbq pit with the intent to use his vehicles gravity to fling himself around and further attack the homeowner.
Its science. Not guilty. 🙂
He definitely shouldnt be charged some of those bbq pits are 1000s of dollars
There is no murky information here. If someone steals your barbecue pit, there are already laws called CALLS THE COPS. The owner shouldn’t have followed the thief to his placr because YOUR NOT STANDING AT YOUUURRR GROUND ANYMORE, but someone elses. I assume, standing the ground applies if you’re having to defend on your property.
The reality is simply .. Vigilantism is not acceptable in any decent society.
This man should have called the police. But being a 'gung ho American' he killed another person.
Robbery /burglary is annoying, but even in the crass dystopia that is America it is not a capital crime.
Hopefully this home owner is indicted for murder .. Because that is exactly what it is.
For a grill….. could of followed and called cops..
Got my license to carry from Darius.
Great guy.
"Would I jump into a tank of sharks?"
Yeah. And I have. Tons of times as a diver, actually. Zero issues. They're hardly aggressive with the exception of Tiger Sharks and Great Whites.
Don't steal especially a mans BBQ pit in Tx 🎯💥
If he got away with the bbq pit common sense says he is coming back for something else. You do not know if he had friends waiting around corner either. If you pay for something with your money no body should have a right to to come onto your property be it car or home and take your things.
Tell the thieves stop stealing and go get a job
Why do criminals have more self-defense protections than their victim????
That man uses that bbq pit to feed his family, of course he had the right to use deadly force.
not guilty, case closed, bring me the next case.
With all the Democrat trash moving here its only a matter of time before they change These laws to help criminals vs civilians.
My smoker was 1500 bucks hell yea ima pew pew him. I can't afford another one
Well houston look like we have a problem 🤷♂️
If he can be charged then JUDGES should be able to be charged, since they are the reason citizens feel the need to take matters into their own hands.
Stand you ground. When someone illegally enters your property. You don't know what there intention is to harm you, your family, or your property. Think you have a right to protect all
It's not murky. It's simple.
In the state of Texas you have the right to defend your property, another's property, your life, another's life and public property with lethal force. That's simple to understand.
don’t steal and you won’t be shot. simple as that. don’t charge that man
Good . Thats what needs to be done because police due nothing but protect crime's
I mean He's a DUMB*** anyone with common sense knows that's not the way using a gun in self defense I mean for real….
Screw your laws I will protect myself
