4. I hired a bait and switch firm. I was assured thay would seek maximum recovery for my life long permanent injury. I was assured i had the option to sue for all medical bills and personal experiences. I was told i could expect a reasonable amount for pain and suffering. Now thay are trying to low ball me. Thay want to settle for nothing. I need another attorney. Im not settling. I cant. I still need medical treatments i cant get now. Thay lied to me claiming i cant sue for more than the policy limit. 5. I think attorneys should get paid only when case is done! That will force them to do things in a more reasonable timely manner. My 2 + year amicable separation would be trimmed down to 6 months. It’s insane how slow some of them are. I get they are swamped and I’m not only client but I’m at my wits end with the slowness. It comes off as lack of empathy.

I provided him the crash report and my insurance. I could litigated with other party been done. Example I had I lady hit my car I called her and insurance and already got reimbursed. So why does he not know what damages are? I had full coverage so surely up to 50k property damage should be adequate. Rule I didn’t need a bad lawyer and could have done this with my insurance and them communicating with the other party.

10. I paid $7000 to do a probate case. I was then charged $2000 which i paid and now my attorney is askong for another $2000. I hardly ever call her. She did something wrong or filed late and still charged me for their error and I'm still having to pay another $2000. Mind you I'm paying out of my pocket. Idk what to do. I hired an attorney previously and paid $2500 before her. So I'm down almost $15000. I'm not rich and this has caused issues in my personal relationships. Its so expensive to die. My god.

    I fired her the public defender was her first case I lost even though no one was on camera.

24. I got rear-ended on a red light, on my bday; the 24th of May, last year. I was going back and forth looking for lawyers. Some only wanted to do the property damage, while others wanted to only do the injury. Its almost been a year and my lawyer got me 1k. She said bc I wasn't going to enough chiro visits. As of rn, I got permanent damaged and I need surgery which I can't get bc I don't have any money for it. My lawyer even has me signing a paper in which I can't sue the young girl, nor her dad, nor the insurance company and I am not even allowed to speak about this w nobody. 26. The best thing to do is to expose them! And when you see them out in public, yell at them and tell what a lousy crooked attorney. Don't waist your time filing a grievance with the State Bar. But write to your attorney General and file a complaint with them. Also to your Congressman and state representative. Don't retain an attorney from your own city or town. People remember this, attorneys, carsalesman and insurance companies will lie. And when an attorney wants your money up front tell him no. Tell him you will give a check with a letter that he/she is not to cash until you begin to see results to your satisfaction. Call the Sate Bar ask them how does that attorney rate.

27. My husbands lawyer dissolved her Legal representation because he caught her not fighting or protecting his rights. The reason is because he didn't listen to her and that is because she was on the other party side. She used to send him emails tagged a 3rd party so they can sway and influence him. Be caution and listen to your gut feeling.

He continued to bill me for his mistake and then demanded more money before discovering the conversation he had with the opposing attorney. Finally he said the opposing attorney said the deadline was met and the property lien was solely my fault. WTH!! I demanded he get proof from the other attorney, but he didn't like that. He said he and his staff worked on my case, so he said. One big problem if the opposing attorney did admit that he ignored the written request was that my attorney should had informed her she is in violation of the Fair Collection Act and demanded the removal of the lien. This wasn't expressed to me by my attorney he was only trying to deflect responsibility onto me. The bottom line he wasn't hired to defend a property lien. It became a property lien case due to his neglect.

31. OMG Taylor, I HATE my attorney. He won't read my emais, won't listen when i talk, won't consider relevent information and he has hung up the phone on me TWICE for ASKING a question. I HAAATE him. 35. A civil matter here. .. NO return phone calls from my attorney, NO emails ( TWO { 2 ) YEARS now. .. I have two ( 2 ) claims going ( My Wife ( Deceased ) and myself ), one ( 1 ) ( My Own ) was submitted early last year with NO response in TEN ( 10 ) MONTHS. .. I have repeatedly called and asked that a " Default Judgement " be submitted, and, NO Phone Calls, NO emails, NO text messages … NOTHING !

    I do receive monthly updates ( Rather Generic ) by a YouTube Video, mostly talking about my attorney's family birthdays, holidays, etc …, with NO real time updated information germane to my case / cases being provided.

    The problem I have is, this attorney is charging FORTY ( 40 % ) Percent ( Contingency ), yet, won't even respond, in any fashion to answer questions or to discuss additional steps, which are justified, reasonable and Necessary ! .. If I change attorney's, this present attorney can file to collect a percentage of what a different attorney receives, OR POSSIBLY MORE, for the ( WORK ????? ) , ( EFFORTS ????? ) , ( TIME ????? ) " Movements " from one position to another in his office chair already performed ?
    .
    I GET NO RELIEF !, I get NO ANSWERS, I GET NO REPRESENTATION …….. I GET NO HELP !

So my law firm took my auto crash case and didn’t do anything for me didn’t tell me the government had to pay for my chiropractor until the cases was over and stopped contacting me so I got a new attorney and firm now they say I would have to pay my previous attorney for nothing they didn’t do anything w my case my work comp and told me I could do nothing about properly healing how do I fight this they deserve nothing.

38. I've only hired two lawyers in my life I got absolutely scammed both times. This most recent time a year and a half ago I paid a lawyer almost $2,000 to expunge some charges I got nearly 15 years. 1.5 years later and it hasn't even been filed. From what I've read online the paperwork only takes 15 minutes. So she can't even spend 15 minutes after getting almost $2,000. Of my money after I paid her she hit me with the bait and switch and waited a month before she even replied back to a simple email. On average it takes her 3 weeks to reply back and then says absolutely nothing just that it'll get filed but never does. She also had the audacity to tell me she'll file it if she has to go to the judge house. Gosh im a idiot for dealing with another lawyer😢

Hi I hired a lawyer for food poisoning, I bought a cantaloupe at BJ’s that they injected something in it and now I am taking pills, the lawyer firm agreed to take my case and then I finally talk to them and first he was rude, 2 he flat out tell me oh don’t put your hopes up you can’t be rich on this case the max you will get is $50000 and he said if agreed I will send the demand . And he was pressuring me. I told him how know why don you make the demand if they comes with amount then we discuss it and refuse. He said he will drop it. Please give me your intake on that.

44. I was told probate atty fees and cost would be paid out of the estate but atty started charging me. I explained I need to step back to save up money. They sent me letter stating to contact them when I'm ready to resume. When i did 2 months later, he ghosted me. When I called to go pick up my original docs, they told me they only have copies. No original will. This atty also had me wait out the period in which creditors could file claim and told me we'd begin the probate after creditors could no longer make claims. I asked him "that's allowed?" He said "Sure!" Now that I've seen how he operates, I'm sure this was illegal. Is it malpractice?

45. I am victim of multiple crimes committed by lawyers in Vancouver, BC, all on the same case. One lawyer Camille Karlicki, employee of an insurance company Healthcare Benefit Trust, she deposed a perjurious affidavit. On basis of her false affidavit I was sued. They did not serve, and so they obtained a judgement by default against me. I was unaware for 2 years. When I hired a lawyer Douglas Dolejsi to unravel the fraudulent case, Dolejsi absconded with money that I paid him. Finally I went to court to self-represent. Healthcare Benefit hired 2 lawyers, who perpetuated lies. I had all those lies well documented. Those 2 lawyers, Geoffrey Litherland and Kirsten Hume, were fast talkers and they swayed judge, Macintosh who ignored my documentary evidence. I filed a complaint with Law Society of BC against Camille Karlicki. Law Society hired a lawyer David Jardine to defend Karlicki. Jardine ignored my documentary evidence and cleared Karlicki. What do I do now?

Judge Rodriguez granted a falsification public record he enslaved me and the opposing party speaks for the opposing he testified lies against me and turns lied on me granted his own lied and took my property. I filed a grievance to Florida Bar they're subject to the bar since I'm not no sanctions taken against those crooks. The corrupters are working against the United States of America and God who's running the dollar 💵 they're doing crimes against the IRS they all got together working together on this Frivolous lawsuits were Bank and Deed Fraud till yet the won't give an opinion so I can present this illegal falsification public record to the supreme Court. The case should be handled by a federal Judge that kept the Frivolous private in the county court they have their own plan against the IRS. Never hire Alain Silverstein you will be a loser he'll be the winner. I'm a subject to the United States of America common law. They made me be a private subject for them to enrich themselves behind the IRS over innocent Humans. My wish to drag those thieves to the supreme Court of justice. Richard L Williams that currently serving 5 years for trying to Extort over 5 million dollars from California Bank he was the one who prepared the documents. They don't practice the law they don't follow the law. A bunch of lasers who's chasing the illegal dollars that belongs to God and the IRS I have been suffer depression I being having panic attacks those robbers left me without any.
