14. Ok, this is great. However how do you deal with a public defender who manifested witness statement to induce me to plead guilty? This is true. I am still dealing with a crimal legal court system. The judge Michael Villiane called me a liar when I requested an outside attorney. I pleaded NO CONTEST then during 30 day period to change I found the witness who signed and notarized a statement that represented the statements created by Jake Gullo, Katrina Ross, Tony Worthman were lies. The court system is a hole new team and I have a new outside public defender. He has been taken control of by the legal system and is following the business model of the legal system. I filed a lawsuit against him to get him to discharge himself as my public defender. It is clear and transparent the criminal control of the legal system over public defenders.
