11. The first is a lie, most clients you’d defend are in fact guilty. The second one is actually the truth. If you’re to last as a lawyer you put the system and people you work with first before anything else because you’re financially rewarded with more favour from them. Willing to fight at all costs pertains to fighting for the system, not your defendant. I can’t believe intelligent people can peruse this and feel proud of themselves lol

18. Dude you can’t be serious there are very few on the total side of the client in most cases . Most go back in forth to the lawyers have all your money . Some Criminal maybe not that bad unless your poor . They never loose get paid either way . Way it is brother you know it and I know it .

23. it's a mistake to incorporate all the qualities needed to succeed as a lawyer into your personal life… or at least, some qualities have to be heavily tempered – like the desire to "win" or "never back down" (which is a recipe for failure in relationships). Integrity is essential in your personal life too but be careful not to display it in a way which comes across as 'self-righteous'.
