11. HAVE A QUESTION, IM FROM QUEBEC, BACK IN 2021 I INVOKED MY MEDICAL EXEMPTION TO THE MASK. THE POLICE OFFICER ASKED ME FOR MY LAST NAME, I WAS SURE I WAS WITHIN MY RIGHTS TO NOT GIVE MY NAME OR IDENTIFICATION CUZ NO CRIME, INFRACTION HAD BEEN COMMITTED. I WAS ARRESTED, GIVEN A FINE AND CHARGED WITH OBSTRUCTING THE DUTIES OF A PEACE OFFICER. THE FINE WAS DEALT WITH BY A TICKET AGENCY PROVIDED TO ME BUT THE OBSTRUCTION CHARGE WAS NOT DISMISSED. IVE READ SOME CASE LAW THAT STATES IF IT TURNS OUT THERE WAS NO INFRACTION COMMITTED THAN THE POLICE HAD NO RIGHT TO ASK FOR IDENTIFICATION AND I WAS NOT REQUIRED TO. I KNOW I DID NOT WILFULLY OBSTRUCT THE COPS DUTIES. THE POLICE OFFICER EVEN ASKED ME AS HE WAS UNCUFFING ME AFTER 20 MINUTES SITTING IN THE BACK OF THE COP CAR, HE ASKED ME IF HE COULD HAVE MY WORD NOT TO TRY TO SUE HIM WHICH I KNEW RIGHT AWAY THAT HE KNEW HE WAS ACTING UNLAWFULLY. IM ON FULL DIABILITY ASWELL WHICH I DONT KNOW WHERE THEY THINK THEY WANNA GO WITH THIS UNLAWFUL CHARGE CUZ TO GIVE SOMEONE LIKE ME A FINE MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, I OWN NO ASSETS AND I DO NOT MAKE A WAGE SO THEY CANNOT GARNISH MY INCOME NOR PREVENT ME FROM RENEWING MY DRIVERS LICENSE OR CAR PLATES. 12. Codes, acts, policies ,and statutes are not law.
    Lawyers lie all the time. They talk about laws and such. One thing you never hear them talk about is section 32 of the Charter of rights and freedoms. As most people have heard the charter is the supreme law. What you haven't heard is it applies to the government, not the people.
    This means all law in Canada is meant for the government, they do not have the authority to make laws controlling the people.
    I have pasted it here for you to read for yourself.
    Section 32 – Application of Charter
    32. (1) This Charter applies:

    to the Parliament and government of Canada in respect of all matters within the authority of Parliament including all matters relating to the Yukon Territory and Northwest Territories; and
    to the legislature and government of each province in respect of all matters within the authority of the legislature of each province.
    Exception
    (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), section 15 shall not have effect until three years after this section comes into force.
    The purpose of section 32 is to make it clear that the Charter only applies to governments, and not to private individuals, businesses or other organizations.

    Subsection 32(2) was necessary to give governments a chance to amend their laws to bring them into line with equality rights. Section 15 of the Charter did not come into force until three years after the rest of the Charter became effective on April 17, 1982.

15. I have a huge question. I am due in court next year across the country for an abuser that abused me for years. It took close to 5 years of investigation to get to court. Now I can not travel to the other province as I can’t get the vaccine and I am not allowed in court without it. May I ask the Crown at tourney to have this court seen through zoom? If not all the charges will be dismissed and he will walk away. Also yes, this court case will be heard in a Ontario and due to the severity of this case, there is no statutes of limitations on it
