4. I strongly disagree with your opinion of Michael Cohen on specifically Cohen's hatred of the DOJ. Cohen's hatred is mainly directed at Bill Barr and The Fascist Monster for putting a gag order on him and sending him back to jail (including solitary confinement) after Cohen criticized The Fascist Monster in his tell-all book "Disloyal: A Memoir" while under home confinement. When Cohen sued The Fascist Monster and Bill Barr for false imprisonment, the presiding judge Lewis Liman appeared reluctant in finding that U.S. Supreme Court precedents "squarely and unequivocally" required dismissing most of Cohen's claims, saying his decision did "profound violence" to Cohen's constitutional rights. "Cohen's complaint alleges an egregious violation of constitutional rights by the executive branch–nothing short of the use of executive power to lock up the President's political enemies for speaking critically of him," Liman wrote. I am only supporting Cohen on this issue and like most decent people question the morals of someone who was the personal lawyer/fixer to The Fascist Monster for 10 years. He appears to be All In on Pro democracy now but who knows what his true beliefs are?

That said, what do you call it if the state wins its case over trump, but trump is given probation and a slap on the wrist? Would you call it justice or is the state afraid of the consequences of actual punishment? "Actual Punishment" as used here means, he is put in handcuffs an orange jumper, and tossed immediately into a jail cell for a minimum of 30 days. and, then put on probation for the rest of his life. Inquiring second-class citizens want to know.
