  1. "Ram Singh vs State of Delhi ". Mam i want to know why do we write State of Delhi? Why can't we write name of victim(s)?

  2. It was undoubtedly a top-notch video which made criminal law easier but I have a doubt….as you told that organized crime is something illegal done by structured groups in structured forms which include distribution of illegal goods and services. So, distribution of drug (which is illegal) will be an Organized Crime and use of drug will be Crime Against Morality
    Or
Druge use along with distribution of drug will be counted as Crime Against Morality and will be excluded from Organized Crime.

  3. बार बार, ठीक है ? ठीक है ? पूछनेसे, बात की सरलता और प्रवाहिता नष्ट हो जाती है !
