You raise an awkward question. You imply that if Willis isn't the prosecutor there's a chance of conviction if this case is tried by a competent prosecutor. Is there or is there not grounds for these charges? Implying that you don't know what would happen if someone competent prosecuted this indicates there might be grounds for these charges.
I'm personally not convinced of the merit of the case but I'm not a lawyer or a judge.
