32. Hello, Jennifer.😊 This article reminds me of my pet budgie, which I used to have as a kid. It was able to both talk and sing very clearly. I guess it just mimicked what my mother said, not grasping what it meant. On the other hand, I've read about a parrot which has prowess at communicating with people well, which surprised me a lot.
