Larry is correct about much of this but especially catches what others are not talking about mainly capital issues in a few years. In order for Tesla to build all of the needed manufacturing capacity for both Optimus and Gen 3 unboxed it’s going to take many times the current CAPEX outlay than they currently have. They don’t have the reserves for this. They are going to have to make choices and make all of their manufacturing much more efficient.
I also believe that they need the 2.5 car(s) in 2025 to help finance this growth.

I think LVL 3 FSD is a catalyst for the stock. So lvl 3 has a licensed driver behind the wheel but doesn’t have to be engaged in driving but does need to be available yo take over or pay attention… I think that’s actually the big leap… do that and you’ll find out how close to lvl 4 you are👌

Though I never dealt with securities, I am a retired lawyer and I think Larry is absolutely right. There is a chance that the original judge may reverse herself, and there is n probability the Delaware Supreme Court or a federal court will overturn it. (I also believe that it is possible to appeal to a federal court because of the strange judicial times we are living in.)
I wonder if the judge will flip a coin to decide this.

Correction: Elon did not say this version is late due to difficulty in getting it to "fit" in HW3. He said the NEXT model (which has 5x the parameters) is challenging to fit on HW3. This version of FSD was late due to not training enough on "non edge case" data.

I'm an old software guy like Larry. I have to agree with him on the timelines. There are a few more 9s needed in FSD, and in 2025, making Optimus useful in the factory will take much more time and effort than training a new employee. There may be no marginal benefit at first.
2026 will be a different story. Add a year to Randy's dates and that will define the hockey stick impact on Tesla's operations. Stock price may move before or after that.
